3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on Olympiad Portal—including but not limited to quiz questions, study materials, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software code—are the exclusive intellectual property of Olympiad Portal or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, republication, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, & Refund Policy

While many foundational features on our platform are free, certain premium services (e.g., Live Weekly Championships, Advanced Analytics, Premium Mock Tests) require payment.

• Billing: All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Any price changes will not affect previously purchased unexpired content.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our educational services and instant access to proprietary content, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may only be made in cases of proven technical failure on our end that entirely prevented you from accessing the purchased content, provided you notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.

No Guarantee of Results: Olympiad Portal provides preparatory materials. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in specific grades, ranks, or outcomes in official Olympiad examinations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympiad Portal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and restrict your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Our website may contain links to external websites (such as official Olympiad registration sites like SOF or SilverZone). We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
